Anyone experiencing problems with "acura"?

From Australia, (so it is possible that it is "The Planet" routing issues yet again?), I am finding the "acura" web server is giving problems. Trouble getting emails from my domains (think-edesign.com, nikkita.net, thesower.net) + my web sites & those of my customers loading slowly or timing out.

Even pinging hostgator.com had a 25% packet loss & I had heaps of trouble just getting this forum to load.

It is exactley the same trouble that I had with hostgator/the planet just 10 days ago.

When will these problems be fully resolved?

I am assuming that like last time (since the timeouts are at "the planet") that the problem is a "routing issue".

Anyway I seem to be getting connections most times now to the email server, and the web sites are now loading.

A new tracert is still showing timeouts at "the planet" though.

From Australia I've had these routing issues before, if indeed that is what this is. I wish "the planet" would get their routing sorted out it does get kind of frustrating.
