anyone else having problems?

Because I'm occasionally behind firewalls I setup the cpanel/webmail redirect on my main domain....

cpanel.mydomain.com
webmail.mydomain.com

this morning they stopped working. Worked fine yesterday, and I haven't made any changes to the site. When I go to those pages now all I get is a blank page returned. I emailed support almost 3 hours ago, but haven't heard a thing from them, other than the automated response.

Also all my sites seem to be loading slow today. Other sites load normal for me, but when I go to any of my sites on the server there is a delay before it connects.

anyone else experiencing problems today?

This morning I was fine, but as the day progressed my site started to become slower and now it's um, well, slow. But as a Reseller on a shared server at night time, LOL. I expect that. :-). Other then what I know my problem is....(needs to move to dedicated)..I'm fine

after about five hours of hearing nothing I talked to live support. They restarted apache on the server and it started working again.
