Any stats down since March 19th

I contacted tech support about week later. I also contacted about 3 days ago ticket TLM-489800. Was told that they will update servers manually in the next 24 hours. Not sure what that has to do with any of my stats not working, zero numbers on bandwidth, zero on logs and Awstats, Werbalizer and other stats programs are all stuck on March 19th and no update button. Heh??
I know there were some probems with databases on the same day and they fixed it and since then all the stats stopped working on my main reseller account and every client site I ever built under that account. I know I havent touched any settings or clicked on wrong button.
Anybody else having same problem? It's been almost a month, I need somebody to figure this out. I know Im on the old server since 2002, but common, how can I explain to clients that I have no idea how their websites performing. Please help

Finally got it fixed. Update button now showing up and all stats are updated on all of my clients.thanks
