Another win for HG
The other day I logged into HG Live Chat to ask a quick question. I was excited to see that there were 91 chat techs logged in to provide support. I was addressed in a matter of seconds.

Thank you for your feedback, you think 91 Chat techs logged in is a lot? Wait till we get our Austin branch going. This time next year you might be seeing over 200 agents online!
