Another WHMCS Cron Issue

I'm running a script on my main site that requires PHP 5.3.2+ so I've flipped the switch in the .htaccess, but it seems to be wreaking havoc on WHMCS. I did finally manage to fix the main issue I had with WHMCS not working at all, but now I find out that my Crons aren't running, I get an error:

Failed loading /usr/local/IonCube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so: /usr/local/IonCube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so: undefined symbol: gc_remove_zval_from_buffer
Site error: the file <b>/home/haltech/public_html/clients/pipe/pop.php</b> requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.2.so to be installed by the site administrator.

This is interesting. It seems there's been a few recent errors with cron jobs.

I also received a similar error message.
