Sorry for yet another one of these threads, but I am currently using whmap, and am enjoying the benefits of having a billing system seperate from my support system. This is of advantage to me, as I use osTicket for support tickets, and the website has it's own knowledge base / FAQ section.
So I have to ask the question, why the fuss about WHMCS? Is it just that it does everything in one place? Which isn't that great in my eyes. I prefer to have my support system seperate from billing. Would it be possible to take advantage of WHMCS and disable the support tickets, downloads, and all the other portal stuff it comes with, and just use it as a billing software? Thank you in advance for your help. |

How? ![]() I assume just by removing it via the template files, which is now what I have done. Kind Regards, thanks for your help. |

That's correct, just remove the stuff you don't need in the .tpl's
