I am blown away by how good the service is

If anyone has been following my threads on here I am in the process of trying to set up a geoip database to block out certain nations...

It's not as easy as it sounds and as it looks.

Well I got to tell you the help I have gotten from support has been out of this world. I had problems importing the csv file and there was errors in my database set up.

Patrick the systems administrator gave me 10 minutes of much needed atttention and solved my problems for me. He didn't have to do a darn thing because HostGator is only the hosting agent and this is really my problem and not theirs.

But you know when your trying to do something and get a things accomplished it's the little things that mean the most. In this case the helping hand was really greatly appreciated and went a long way for me.

So a sincere thank you to Host Gator and Patrick the Systems Administrator.
