Moved to HG several weeks ago from another "host". I was, and am, happy with the support I got (and NEEDED) with some uploading issues to HG.

I did have a minor glitch with getting the SiteStudio to work, but eventually it did come alive.

The one reason I switched hosts was the previous host's inability to make even rudimentary email service work. I had the same problem with HG for about an hour, and then support fixed the problem. (Has to do with my ISP being a big spam spewer)

All in all, these guys are pretty good.
