With all the sites getting hacked this summer

A great solve I think would be for folks to need to enable said php or other scripts via your hosting account control panel before they could run. 99% of these sites going down are injection scripts. Updated software doesn't help. I know 4 forum with the latest n greates of their sofware and are all gone as of now.

But it would be a server side block. File like jpg or other that are uploaded by ftp or the board would work fine just execution scripts would be block from running server side until enabled in the CP. Could also enable some all the time just not new ones or new version of said file until approved.
