All data has been deleted! [resolved!]
Hello.
I'm on your shared hosting. One day was visiting my home folder, it is empty. Created ticket, the answer was the following: "There was an issue with one of the disks on this server and it had to be replaced and restored from backup." So, all my files were lost - even after restoring this backup the folder was empty! Any comments

I apologize about the inconvenience. I'm sure losing files is a frustrating experience.
I did find a ticket you submitted and an administrator replied a few days ago saying he had restored another backup and you did not reply back after that. You rated the employees who helped you a perfect 10 each time. We obviously don't want this to occur (and sometimes hardware failure is inevitable), but it looks like our administrators were able to help you. Is there anything else we can assist you with?

I've escalated your issue up to one of our senior administrators and asked them to see what we can do to help you get your files back.
