after cpanel upgrade - webmail is slower ?

after the latest cpanel upgrade (where squirrelmail is to the left instead of in the middle of the 3 choices of webmail)...

using squirrelmail - my webmail is much slower. When logging in, when going to the inbox, when checking for new mail. Sometimes OK speed, sometimes it can take 5 seconds to reload the inbox. And when logging out, it can also take 5 seconds now.

yesterday (before the automatic cpanel upgrade) - it was blazing fast.

any of you other VPS customers have the same experience ?

Tried to contact hostgator via gbclient, but they just say "everything's fine".....
