Well I have to say that my experience with HG has been mostly positive so I would rate it a 4.5/5.0 on the happy scale. I have had a few issues that arose which were resolved very quickly. Slow loading websites remains an issue with shared hosting. But that is not something that is unique to HG. I have tried several other hosting companies in the past. All had times when page load were very long or timed out. Their servers also went down more often without explanation. HG at least warns us when maintenance on a server is planned. HG has far exceeded the performance of those other hosting companies in most areas, and at least equaled them in all others.

I feel that "you get what you pay for", and I have gotten a very good return on my investment.

Do you have a ticket number about slow loading web pages? If not please open one and let me know what the ticket number is.

Your site should be loading very fast with us unless it's an isp / location issue.

After much assurances that HG staff is monitoring the server, things seem to be much better with regard to page load times. As that is the only issue of significance I have had with HG I can only say thanks again for great service, and a big thanks to JoshL.
