After 2 weeks

I've been now with HOSTGATOR for about 2 weeks, So far, this is my review.
Customer service and tech support is much better than my dreaded old host thats for sure. So I give a 10 on that, Transfering my websites from my old hosts has been my major problem, First They had a problem with my old host, ok fixed the problem, Now they transferred my websites to the wrong account, I received a email telling me where to view it, after 2 days of trying everything, I called and they told me they where transferred to the wrong account, after I don't know how many responses on trouble ticket HFG-2821956. Now this week still waiting for the problem to be solved since Last Sunday and still nothing. No website or files in the cpanel. I have 2 to 3 more days left with my old host to make sure all the files have been transfered correctly, now i don't think i will make that deadline. And may lose my costly websites. And put me out of business. So in this case for transferring websites i have to give a low grade, like a 2, it's been a nightmare so far, And the time I have paid on my account so far for nothing, I even paid the extra money to get a second website transferred, I mean I would have paid a hell of alot more to get it in time. other than this problem , everything has been ok so far. I think once these websites are up and running everything might be ok, My friends had refferred me to HOSTGATOR, and I know they have good reviews, So I'm trying to give them a shot, but loosing some patience here. Can someone help please.

Ok, Thanks, All has been resolved except 1 minor issue that should be resolved soon. I have to hand it to you guys the support here is definitely 5 ***** star all the way. I realize there will never be the perfect host. But after being with the worst for 1 year ( Globat) ( Stay away from this host) see reviews online they are all true. Where I had a issue with my database with my ecommerce site.
My way of making a living, Which I submitted 26 calls and 15 trouble tickets for, and never was resolved with Globat, . Put me out of business for several months, never got one response from them, On top of that they wanted me to pay more for their service( what service).
Since I have been with HOSTGATOR it's like a 1000% improvement. I didn't have the best or fastest start, However, I think all will be fine from here on.
I do love the improved performance and loading speed on my site. The Cpanel is great and simple to use. I have several business friends that reccomended me to HOSTGATOR and swore by them, thank god they did. Best thing I ever did for my online business so far. So I am sure all will be well now. And I can get back to conducting business.

I will recommend anyone to HOSTGATOR. With this kind of support and speed and very little to no downtime ( my friends have reported). You can't beat this.
