Default Affiliates being screwed

Since my ticket is being unanswered etc maybe someone here can help me, upon searching for answers for a question i had, i came upon http://support.hostgator.com/index.p...leid=7&nav=0,1 k hot got some answers, now i look at the first site which is a coupon site, hot maybe get a deal on another account, but wait i go there and my browser is stuffed with cookies from hostgator, and several other accounts, i submit a ticket, crazy now the stuffer is not on their anymore, well cookie is pushed saying from google instead of from aff, k now lets look at another site that is from the same network of sites, http://www.hostgatorcoupons.net/host...FQgfswode2s8kQ another site, that crazy i click on it and bam stuffed, all the adword sites, top 20 you name it, the cheesy looking same style websites all, when visiting them i am slammed with cookies, am i missing something or am i wrong on this

well the question was somethign i found the answer on the helpdesk, but at the same time surfing the helpdesk just hoping i can get a answer on why when i surf hostgator help site, and click on their links i am stuffed with cookies to other hosting companies, just a question

The knowledgebase article you linked to asked the question, "Can I see some of the websites you host?" The article listed several sites. If you went to those sites, doesn't that explain why cookies from those sites exist on your computer?

Your really cant be that retarded, k lets look at another example

ahh another example #2 in google for hostgator

Please don't insult David or other members--it would be a lot easier to answer your question if we knew what you were asking. We're not trying to give you a hard time.

The title of this thread is somewhat confusing to me, and you're not being really clear about who you mean with "the site" and "the page".

You probably know that cookies are how most affiliate programs track who's responsible for the referral.

Are you an HG affiliate? Is your question about the techniques other affiliates might use to push themselves higher in search results? (That's the only way the title makes sense--and could be an excellent point. But it is hard to understand what you're getting at. )
