Aerio :: Emergency Hardware Maintenance
Team,
I apologize for the inconveniences and the frustrations, however we are having to bring down Aerio for a RAID Controller replacement as soon as we can get one procured. At this time we are trying to get services back online and stable, however the drive errors that we are seeing are conflicting and not allowing us to bring services stable. We will update this thread once more information becomes available.

At this time our data center will be bringing down this server to replace the controller. We will update this thread once services return to normal.

Hello,
I apologize for the lack of updates. After the controller swap, the server was having issues showing video output and would not power on completely. After further troubleshooting it was determined the new Raid card was at fault. We placed the old raid card back and have brought the server back online. We are having our inventory department deliver a suitable replacement to have this replaced. We will update this thread as soon as we have more information.

We have a new card in hand, and we are going to bring this server down for a replacement at this time. I will update this thread as soon as services are stable.

The card has been successfully swapped out, yet our errors are still happening. We will be swapping the chassis on this server momentarily. Thank you for your ongoing patience.
