Adult Dating/Networking Site

I am planning to purchase the "Swamp" plan of the shared hosting in order to start my trial/small scale adult dating/networking site. I would most probably be using either Social Engine or Skadate Unity (whichever is a reasonable purchase for me) on my hosting space.

I am planning to generate around 500 - 700 hits per day on the trial phase and if the hits cross more than 5000 per day, I plan to migrate to the dedicated server....

Taking the estimated traffic into consideration, I don't think my website will be violating your CPU and memory usage policy...

My questions, however:

Are the above scripts allowed on the Swamp Plan? (Skadate Unity or Social Engine) I will disable the live chat plugin from the script in order to adhere to the TOS...

Just to make sure, is adult dating/networking websites allowed on Hostgator? I had earlier talked to live support as well as gathered information from various reviews that you even allow adult websites, such as porn... So I guess my adult dating website, which will be within the US Cyber Laws should be no problems... (A site similar to adultfriendfinder.com or alt.com....but on a very small scale)...

As long as it doesn't go past the CPU limits it will be fine.

You may want to clarify the issue of combining a Swamp plan and clients. Under many circumstances, it's not allowed. You should write sales(at)hostgator.com--no need to mention the adult aspect because it's irrelevant--and discuss this.
