Default Addon Domains / Regular Accounts

I'm having headache from hostgator support
First i have an account containing a reseller package and 2 plan based packages
I wanted to move one of my planbased packages to a (new) separate account with the information ( username:yemenup99 and email ...... etc)

can you help me if i can move this package to another hostgator account with out having to buy a new plan ,
or if there is any way to create a new account with out buying any thing , just like other websites you create your account and you can buy any using this account.

thanks

I do not think your issue is a support issue. It seems your the one thats confused. I recommend you learn to use the cpanel backup tool and go from there. Your post makes just about 0 since.

To have multiple, independent accounts with their own cPanel, you need a reseller package (which it sounds like you have). If you have a site with HostGator that you want added to your reseller account, we can help you transfer it (a fee would apply) or you can of course transfer it for yourself.

If you need help with the process or have any questions, don't hesitate to let our support team know.

Actually I want to give this website ownership to somebody else, I don't want any relation with this website " lets say : somebody asked me to purchase this package and pay me its price and I purchased it to my account . Now he wants to manage every this in his website make a backup or restore or any thing - actions like these HG support ask him for the last 4 digits of the credit card and I can't give him such information he can even take my reseller ownership or do any thing with my account .
So I decided to move this package to another account (HG Account) he can manage without having to contact me at all )

I don't want to add any site to my reseller I want to move it from my account ( I do not want it in my account ).

- simply I want to give the ownership of one of my packages (business planebased website) to somebody else!

I think you need "somebody else" to purchase a hostgator plan in his own name with his own credit card. Then you, or hostgator tech support, can transfer the add-on domain from your account to his new account.

Makes since to me. I prefer paypal over normal credit card payments. My CC info is not shared with anyone that way.
