Default Additional domain question

I've got the shared "swamp croc" plan and I have one domain registered for a blog "blog1.com," I changed the DNS and the blog worked fine. I then registered a second domain, "blog2.com," and I'd like to have it hosted also. I changed the DNS of "blog2.com" months ago to the same DNS as "blog1.com", and now niether "blog1.com" nor "blog2.com" appear to be hosted by host gator.
Did I do something wrong? Could someone make a suggestion for how I can host both of my websites? I imagine I could do something creative with parked domains to get the desired result.
thanks!

I would suggest going to Site1.com and checking to see if your DNS is setup correct. You can also view your whois record on Site2.com, if that is any help.

Thanks for the response. The DNS appears to be okay, I'm having a weird issue with "blog1.com". I seem to be able to see my blog from different networks (my work), but not the one from my home. Will someone take a look at twinspodcast.com and let me know if you see a wordpress blog site?
thanks!

Yep, the site AND the DNS look fine. I suspect it is an ISP problem. Looking into this: http://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/recursivedns/ or finding a free service that does that.

That makes sense about the isp. I whois'd "blog2.com" and also found it to have the correct DNS. Is there something within cpanel that I must do to allow an additional domain or is there something else going on? FYI blog2.com is www.chembookclub.com The issue with this domain seems to be different than the ISP issues with my other domain name.
thanks yet again!

Seems you never added that domain as an addon domain in your account.
Whois info of chembookclub.com says that the nameservers are ns291.hostgator.com & ns292.hostgator.com, but those nameservers know nothing about that domain.

Eureka! I added it on and its working now, thanks everyone for your help. The ISP issues magically resolved themselves as well. Man I love magic.
