Default Adding a user

I've looked and searched and I'm just missing it. I have a web assistant to whom I need to give full access to my hosting. I'm sure there's a simple procedure in cpanel, but I sure can't see it.

What do you mean by "give full access to my hosting"?

In cPanel you can get full access only if you have the cPanel username & password.

As quietFinn said, the only way to have full access to a cPanel is with the username and password. Unfortunately there is no way to create extra users with access to cPanel. You can create FTP users with file access, but not cPanel unfortunately.
