Adding a second hosting account?

I have a account but need to add a second account.
What is the best way to do this. I am assuming it wont let me sign up using same email address.

Additional question. When you sign up for baby plan on the main site i dont see any opton to add dedicated ip at checkout?

I think you only get a dedicated IP on the business package.

You can purchase a dedicated IP on any type of account. From your cPanel, choose "Account Addons." The IP can be assigned only to your primary domain - you can't get one for an addon domain.

And you can only order a dedicated IP if it will be used with a SSL Certificate:

Thanks - I'd forgotten about that restriction. Makes sense - until the world goes to IPV6, dedicated IP's are in short supply. No sense using them when there's no actual need ("vanity" IPs? ).

If you have a dedicated ip do all domains on that plan share that ip?.

I seem to recall this might not be the case, i.e. the dedicated ip only applies to the main domain, but i cant find where i might have seen this.
