i recieved a response to a ticket i submitted and i was told to
Add these to your DNS zone and it will start to work properly. myspacelaidout 14400 IN A 74.54.131.98 www.myspacelaidout 14400 IN A 74.54.131.98 how do i add these to my dns zone where is it?(im a rookie at web construction bear with me )

You would need to ask HG to add them to your dns zone.

The information you provided looks like the DNS entries for a subdomain. You can add a subdomain in cPanel and it will create the DNS entries.

i will try and ask Hg to add them for me,ive allready added the subdomain but iacnt find where to place the entries,i added the subdomain before HG sent me the mail.thanks for the responses.

The address myspacelaidout.cafenubia.com is showing an index of the files. It looks like the DNS Zone is right but something is preventing the index.php file from loading. I would check the .htaccess file in that folder.

what should the .htaccess file look like,how would i know if its a problem there

If you copy the contents of the .htaccess file here we can see if anything is causing the index.php file to not be read.

i checked the file named myspacelaidout and i cant find a .htaccess file,i placed myspacelaidout in my public_html ,i see a .htaccess in the public html but not the myspacelaidout

If you want your index.php file to load automatically when someone types in this subdomain, you can add: DirectoryIndex index.php To your .htaccess file in that subdomain's directory.
