Upon registration one gives a domain, which essentially becomes the account name/number. To host additional independent websites under the same acount, one creates add-on domains, not parked domains or forwarded domains. These will be directories under the primary domain/account. One tells their DNS to point these additional domains to www.primarydomain.net/somedirectoryname. This all is hidden to customers.
Can each of these domains have separate emails, statistics, and logs? |

Statistics, yes. Under Stats there's a Subdomain stats option.

Add-on domains are put onto a directory under the main domain and a subdomain for this directory is also created.
If you have a main domain, domaina.com. And the add-on domainb.com under domainb. Then domainb.domaina.com is created aswell.
