Is having ad banners on a web page using a shared hosting account really prohibited?
From TOS: Quote:
Also, Is there a limit on the number of pages that can use one of the included templates within one shared hosting account? |

If you want to use Adsense, i think thats acceptable.
I think you cannot run a ADS as provider. Edit: you can Live chat or open a sales ticket for official answer. I nodes can be calculated with a php script or by asking the support over ticket, There's also a script here done by a user which can let you check it. A webpage would be 1 inode, 2nd page would be 2nd inode and so on. Practically, speaking 50K iNodes are just too much, most users can't make it upto that mark easily. you can host as many pages as you can accomadate. You can download any template/s you like from the available ones. |

That is a really good question.
I used to use phpadnews but i stopped using ad rotators, now i just use simple google ads. I put them on every page. I'd like to see the answer of this one too. It seems a little off to me. |

I thought it was acceptable. The tos does seem to be a little vague about the specifics of ad usage. |

I believe that the TOS is prohibiting running an ad service, that is you can't supply the banner ads for other sites. It is listed in the same line as prohibiting running image hosting sites such as PhotoBucket. You can use other ad services on your site, you just can't host those services.
