"acura" server -Anyone else experiencing problems

Hi all,anyone else experiencing problems with the "acura" server. All my customer sites are not working again. This is starting to become to regular.

Edit: Email server not working as well as the customer domains. This is now the third or fourth time in less than a month.

99.9% uptime guarantee? Sure Hostgator have spent hours on fixing "supra" but what about the rest of us.
