Mine aren't coming up at all.

My main reseller account account has come up although all other domains (customers) are still down.

Hell O

I noticed chronologicaly:
1. SQL error
2. user A e-mails goes to user B mailbox
3. no ping and no trace working for my domains.

Anyway I am now experienced guy.

The accounts are being restored in alphabetical order by username. Some accounts are larger than others and do take more time to restore. We are getting these restored a quickly as possible and currently at 35%.

If you are seeing problems with accounts that have been restored, please make sure to open a ticket so we can get the issue corrected.

You may need to clear your cache.
To quote HostGator support:

If you're still unable to access them you may need to clear your DNS cache:

1. start, run, type: cmd
2. ipconfig /flushdns
3. try reloading the sites

I was wondering about this myself. In GatorChad's first post in this thread, he said that the corruption caused the second drive to become corrupted. I'm pretty new to how RAID works. Should this happen with like a Raid 1 setup? Or when one drive becomes corrupted, would it stop using data from it? Is it possible to determine that the first hard drive is corrupted before that is mirrored onto another drive?

I only have 6 sites restored in my whm account list the rest are missing. Are they restoring them individually per domain even though they are hosted under my resellers account? e.g. therockfwc.org is still not in my account list on my whm nor can we get to it on the internet.

Rick

it's not considered the first letter of domain name but considered the first letter of user name of cpanel

Example yaa-balash.com it's working and first letter is "Y"
but user name starts by letter "B"

I will change all user names to start by letter "A"

The restore is about 40% done now it's probably going to be another 24 hours to completely finish. This is a completely automated procedure that we cannot speed up.

I can't even remember last time we had to resort to this type of restore.
