WHERE IS WHM ?
Its gone from my cpanel!
So how do I fix all the problems in my DNS?

To those of you still missing anything at all from Acura, we at HostGator would like to request that you submit a ticket via our Support site at http://support.hostgator.com/ . You may also email support@hostgator.com .

If we don't receive a ticket to address the issue, we won't be aware that there is an issue on your account specifically.


Please include in the subject line the following:

"Acura: yourdomainname"


In the text of the ticket, please include the sites and problems. Please list each site and its problems separately and include the site's username.

Example:

joe.com -- joe

All email accounts missing.


bob.com -- bob

Accounts missing from WHM.
Cannot receive email.


(If multiple sites are affected, please indicate which sites are having which problems. If you jumble it all together, we won't be able to help you without asking for clarification which adds to the resolution time.)
