Acura down again?

Looks like acura is down yet again.

All domains time out & no email accounts can be reached.

What is going on?

And the mongrel is down again!

What is going on with Acura? My web site is down & I am a HostGator reseller - this surely makes it look like I represent a two dollar hosting company to my clients.

I cannot recieve emails from my domain, my customers sites are down - this is simply not good enough.

Talked to "Live Chat" & Andre said it would be up in 15 minutes - that was over half an hour ago.

Sent an email to support & the automated email came back 1/2 hour ago, but still no report from support as to what the issue is & when it will be fixed.

It is definitely an Acura problem.

DNS Report:

Well according to support the problem is fixed:

"There is some problem in the Acura Server now the problem is resolved and the server is up and running fine. Please check the sites are resolving fine and let us know if you have any problem or query regarding the same."

Well it is not fixed at all. Another DNS Report stated:

I still can't even reach the primary reseller account - nor those of my customers, nor receive emails from my domain.

This issue is far from fixed. Support had even closed the ticket when I went & checked & had given it "low priority".

"Low Priority" - is that what HostGator think of their resellers?
