Active staff members!
I made a silly mistake in my account.I deleted some files and i request in ticket support to reload my account.The time i submitted the ticket was on 04:13:54 AM and the time i finally got my account reloaded was 08:26:23 AM.The first staff member replied me at 06:03:39 AM.My point is that the support is always very kind and friendly and they help you as soon as possible
 .I am very satisfied with the support so far!!And one reason to choose host gator is this one .
