Default Activation problem (Help!)

Hi,
My first invoice was refunded pending verification, how can i pay the due invoice using paypal?

I'm confused right now, submited a ticket, and the reply was that my paypal payment has been refunded in full and that i will need to login at http://www.hostgator.com/billing and make payment on the open invoice, but i can't login to the billing system to pay.
I used the online chat service and they said that i'm still not verified and that i will have to call or provide a current utility bill etc..

What should i exactly do?

Hello,

I checked the records of that ticket and the incorrect response was sent asking for payment, but the account has yet to be verified. Please reply back to the ticket with the requested documentation or call us to have this order verified so we can proceed.
