My customers have been hammering me with complaints today. The accura server has been non-responsive a lot today. Starting at 9:30 am EST, I could not get an answer on the 24/7 phone support telephone number. I would get a recorded message, then a hang up. Emailing support several tines today has resulted in: One "We rebooted the server, let us know if you have any more problems" messages and three "We restarted a service, let us know if you have anymore problems" messages, but no solution yet. If there is 24/7 monitoring, why don't you already know there is a problem? Why do I have to keep letting you know there is a problem? What is the real problem and when is it going to be fixed? |

MCP are you in Australia by any chance?
Hostgator, I also (along with my customers) am experiencing major difficulties with the "accura" web server. My customers are complaining that they cannot recieve emails, that their web sites are loading slowly, or they are getting time outs. Today especially has been shocking. I still cannot conect to the email server. What is going on & when will it be fixed? |

We have been on this all day!!!!!!!!!!! very exhausting but I believe we finally cracked it..

Hopefully problems will now be resolved. It is very reassuring to have prompt action (I also have never known of FTP to cause such problems - was this some sort of Warez site or something?) |

We contacted the reseller and it turned out the IP that was doing it was his. He of course knows he wasn't doing it. Thus his computer was hacked and they gained access to all his accounts. The guy knew this stuff so we concluded his girlfriend downloaded something cute when she was on his computer a few days ago.
He also went on to tell me he had another account that was spamming the other day with files that he did not know where they came from. Warning to all: Monitor the newbies who try to touch your computers =)

eximstats service "failed" looks like we are headed for more trouble. |

MCP, it has been fine I am monitoring it. If you see it go to 80+ that's when it is a problem.
eximstats doesn't do anything important plus you cant always go by the red lights in whm they are not always accurate.

Mate I've got the same problem that I had this morning again. Customers web sites won't load, I tried to collect my own emails & connection failed, time outs, etc What is happening? |

I'm having problems with all my sites on accura.
It looks like a dns problem as I can't resolve any domain names at all to domains hosted on accura. Kenth |

email is down AGAIN, server load is high My customers were down all day yesterday. Don't let them stay down all day today too! |

Just checked my email accounts to the main domain & connection was once again very slow. Pings & tracert times were marginally better though (it maintained connection at least). Web sites all loaded okay. Be glad when everything is running sweet again.
