Accord server

Accord has been with some downtimes since some days.
Experiencing long load times, and sometimes they even get unreachable, the service status in whm, indicates all normal. It has been rebooted at least 2 times this week

I have tickets reporting problems:

Anybody want to share some opinions or reviews in this server? I hope the tecs will take care of this.. I'm in HG for about a year and it has been always great service and performance.
