Access to Forums

Hi all. Am considering moving my reseller account to HG. However, it bothers me that it apparently takes so long for forum approval. If I'm going to be migrating all my accounts, there are bound to be issues that will need answering. Rather than submit TT after TT, I usually search the forums for an answer to the particular problem...........If this is not available in a reasonable amount of time, it's going to handicap my move if it occurs.

Any reason why access to the forums takes so long, once you have become a paying customer???????????

Took my account a few days...

I assume if you email them telling them this is important to you, they can approve you quickly.
