How to access Backups?

Hello,

I just did a backup of my container and I was wondering if there was some compressed version that I could download to my computer. Also, where is the backup located?

I am on shared Hosting Plan (Baby). Whenever I create a cPanel Full Backup, it's located in Home Directory in filename.tar.gz format

I hope it's same for Dedicated also
