Positive Absolutely

**This has been resolved. While I wouldn't say that I am over the moon regarding the service over the last 3 weeks, today's service was excellent! Thanks again, Ford!***

I am now at day 14 of problems, ignored tickets, poor service, etc., etc.

I initially thought I was the problem being a newbie to the word of website management. I'll be the very first to admit when I am wrong or don't know what I am doing. But, it took 10 days of back and forth tickets to FINALLY get a straight answer that I didn't have the proper account to do what I wanted(YES, 10 DAYS to find out I needed a reseller account). Now, I am dealing with a completely different platform, WHM, it would be good service to help a customer out with the set-up, not get frustrated with her on the phone and sigh loud enough for her to hear(2 different support people).

Finally, I have everything ready to go, but there is a sitebuilder problem and I am at hour 5 waiting for any kind of response. Ticket #NKO-2425114

They say hindsight is 20/20. If I had known 3 weeks ago that this would be the service I would receive, I would have RUN, not walked, to ANY other service before registering another domain to my account.

I'm sorry you feel this way but I don't believe what you're saying about an 8 hour response on this ticket is accurate. NKO-2425114 was submitted at :

2:29 PM | Feb 11, 2008


And responded by our staff at :

4:57 PM | Feb 11, 2008


If you have some other ticket which has not received attention for 8 hours please let us know that ID as I'm not seeing this match up with our ticket system.

Well, considering I didn't receive that reply to my ticket, until I contacted chat support, it doesn't do me much good. And while you may think you have "published" the site for me. You didn't not publish the correct one, nor can I now publish the correct one for myself.

Whatever I may have done wrong, I was not told what it was, so how did I learn the proper procedure if you did it for me? Take a minute and EXPLAIN IT!

Please update the ticket we are waiting for a response from you. We updated the domain and username you put in the ticket. If we did the wrong one please give the correct information.

I also see it was not 8 hours. If you are going to write a review about us it needs to be honest. Thank you.

9:12 pm EST last night, I updated the ticket. There has been no response. Not through email or on the hostgator website ticket system. So, thats nearly 12 hours.

The site that you have published for me was the one initially built on the sitebuilder before you told me that I couldn't build that site there because I didn't have the right kind of account. The site I am now trying to publish is on the sitebuilder provided to me when I set up the reseller account.
