Absolutely amazing support
Today i had a small question and sent in a ticket, about 1-2 minutes after i sent it i got a response back completely explaining how to solve my problem.
on my previous hosting service when i sent in tickets i would get no reply for 24-48 hours in which by then someone on yahoo answers had already answered my question. hosting services need to learn about speedy support like hostgator. thanks host gator support

Thanks for the review! It will be hard for us to beat 5 minute resolution times, but it's excellent to hear that you're benefiting from it.
