Above and beyond

Recently I was forced by VTribes to seek other hosting and move a large interactive site. With trepidation, knowing I would no longer have support for the script, I decided to take the plunge with HostGator seeing their ratings are good.

I was very pleased that HostGator seamlessly moved my entire site at no extra charge and everything was working great.

Then this last Friday something wiggled in the script somewhere and we starting getting a crazy error on line such and such on the script so no pages were working and the PHP files it referred to were all coded so made no sense to me.

I thought, why not at least try and see if HG will actually take a look at this even though I figured it might be a bit out of their responsibility. So I issued a request ticket with all details so they wouldn't have to work too hard to see what it might be.

I was EXTREMELY well pleased when the tech staff quickly fixed my problem and my site is back to running smoothly.

THANK YOU HG for going above and beyond the call of duty! I'm thinking I'll be around for a good long time.
