Even having a default, most-recent first sort would make it a lot easier when I sometimes want to go back and refer to an old ticket for one reason or another. I find myself frustrated every time I'm looking for a specific ticket to review.
Thanks.

Been some frustrations over this before and Gators weren't able to get that to happen for some reason...
It used to be worse -- the open tickets weren't first... |

really? wow. that surprises me because, theoretically, it shouldn't be that difficult with stuff going into a database to sort. but then again, everything is easy, theoretically...and if it doesn't sort from the admin side, that has to be huge disadvantage to the support techs, too. the first thing i'd want to do looking at a new support ticket would be to see if another ticket had been opened recently or see if they were opening more than one for the same issue or something.

Yeah... it may not be an issue on the admin side, but it was brutal after the last update because tickets were sorted oldest to newest with the open ones at the bottom...
