How It Works

You'll simply connect our adapter to your internet connection, plug your regular phones into it and use them as usual. You can transfer your existing telephone number or get a new one from nearly 7,000 areas. There's no software to download and you don't need your computer. Nope you can't, what i see from the order form which i tried just few seconds ago.

However
there are two issues, Iam dropping a PM to VOIPoTim shortly.

The service is mainly designed to be used from the US since we can't guarantee the voice quality of service overseas and only ship our adapters out within the US.

If you are overseas, you can use software and your computer to make/receive calls if you want, but again the quality will depend on how good your internet connection to us is.

If you are outside of the US and would like to order, please e-mail sales@voipo.com and we'll give you the info you need to do so instead of using the normal order process.

Right now it's only fully offered in the US. Anyone in Canada can contact us to order manually and use software if they'd like, but we're currently not shipping any hardware to Canada due to the logistics of doing that.

I think that is something you would need to talk to Tim about. Although his company is very closely affiliated with HG it is a separate company. The post above yours has a link to the company website.

No plans for that. With toll-free service there is a hard cost for every minute used on that toll-free number so it's not really possible to do an unlimited plan without massive overselling and hoping usage remains low.

Basically toll-free service is just reverse billed. Example: If someone using Verizon Wireless in Ft Lauderdale FL calls your toll-free number, Verizon Wireless ends up getting paid for every minute of that call behind the scenes by your toll-free provider.

Since toll-free service is always billed based on usage, it's not really possible to do unlimited with reasonable usage. Sorry!

I think dominant currency in voip market is Euro. Can you put on the site rates in Euro also? Resellers in the future can ask that. I am curious about your reseller plan could you tell something? How it will works? Do you planning to sell voip termination or dedicated voip servers?

You and jordanlw are totally true if your target will be the US for "reseller voip". I am reselling voice to the individuals, SME's, and call centers. Most of them using IP PBX. We can route calls through cheapest provider. In this case 0.001$/min can be my profit. That's why I checked directly your international destination's rates and it was 4619 rows.
