9 months review and that extra mile

I've been switching hosts for a couple of times in the past until my websites and still presently are now hosted on hostgator. During this 9 months (and couple of days) i have got to say i am quite impress in where areas for a user concerns are replied quickly and where a question are rapidly answered within 10 to 20mins, and as well going that extra mile if not ask too.

Those hostgator staff who have assisted me being it on different time zone, i hope they are still there whilst my website are hosted with them and i have no doubt beyond presently 9 months I will have many more months and years be hosted with hostgator.
