8 month update-- everything is great

About 8 months ago I got fed up with my old host. There was downtime every single day without fail. After doing some research, I decided to come over here to HostGator and sign up for a reseller plan.

I couldn't be happier.

In my 8 months here I've had maybe 20-30 minutes of downtime, maximum, for the entire 8 months. Anytime I've needed support, by live chat or the ticket system, the response has been fast and professional. I can think of only one ticket where the person seemed to completely ignore what I wrote. It was for a pretty technical question, and after I replied another person came and got the whole thing cleared up.

In all, I highly recommend HostGator. Their prices are reasonable, and both the official support and the peer forum support are top-notch.
