So far the best host I have been on.

Early on during the first two months I had some ocassional problems with e-mail being down and sometimes couldn't access CP or my website. However, the HG team most likely threw a few sites off the shared server that were screwing things up and everything has been great for the past few months.... no down times, no need for tickets.
