When you notice that your site is slow you should contact support to be sure they are aware of the problem. I would suggest going to Live Chat so they can check right then. It is not uncommon for the server to slow down and then have it return to normal a few minutes later. This can be due to another user running a script or a number of reasons. This forum is a peer support forum and not ideal for checking on these type of issues other than having other folks check to see if your site is slow for them (in which case we would need a URL.)
