550 error exceeding quota? I'm not even close to exceeding my quota!!

I'm a reseller on Chrysler and for the past week I have not been able to upload to my top domain on the server. I can log in via ftp and see the server however I can not upload a file! I keep getting error 550 quota exceeded. I'm not even close to exceeding my quota. I checked and doubled checked my whm to see if me or any other site I host is exceeding their bandwidth quota and disk space quota. No one is even close! (unfortunatly). I had a ticket in with support but they keep coming back with nothing. They fixed it once earlier this week and then the next day... I'm locked out again! Please help!
