This is a peer support forum so about all we can do is make suggestions on what to look for. If you check the Error Log in your cPanel it may give more information on what is causing the error. With a 500 error you should check that folder permissions are set to 755 and files set to 644.
You might try going into Live Chat and ask a tech there to have a look or open a ticket and they should be able to fix you up. It could be a problem with mod_security rules and in that case the techs will need to correct it. |
