I have a reseller account, one of the sites hosted under this reseller account was suspended for what is called APACHE ABUSE. meaning too many visitors. fine! I email support at 3:19 2/14/08 it is now 8:32 pm and still no answer, I have called 2 times, only to be told that someone was working on it. finally some guy David Nagharigi or something emails me to tell me the account was over it's Bandwidth limit set by me. (still 1 Gig left). He then says further investigation shows the site went over the limit. no sh!t Sherlock. well APACHE ABUSE cannot be handled by the reseller, but this guy is oblivious to that apparently.
So basically this guy is telling me what i already know.. and 4 hours later that is all he has to say..but offers no help on my query from 4 hours ealier, fixing the APACHE ABUSE problem. |

Please provide the ticket number that you have submitted so we can look into this further for you.

It's been 5 days since the post of this thread and we still have not received any ticket ID's. We are moving this to our shared support. Please reply back if you require any further assistance.
