Default 4 servers down--is my site lost forever?

A couple of hours ago, my site disappeared (404 errors everywhere) and my email accounts stopped working. I logged in to C-Panel and discovered that everything had been wiped clean. I can't access my site via ftp, either. All passwords have stopped working.

Online live support indicates that there is a problem with at least 4 servers, but they don't know much more than that right now.

I'm just wondering if all of my website files and all of my email accounts are gone for good. If so, I can start working on the restoration on my end right now. If not, then I'll just sit back and let you folks do your thing to get everything running again.

Either way, tell me like it is. I'm not upset, just eager to get this matter resolved, as I'm sure we all are.

You really have two choices, restore it yourself or let them do it. NEVER attempt to restore something yourself while they attempt to restore it too! That is the worst thing you can do. It is always better to restore it yourself, its faster and you are sure to get it done correctly, but you can't always restore everything, like data that has been lost.

Decide what you want to do, you can't change your mind later.
