a few questions as I am interested in switching to your baby plan:

- You say unlimited domains for the baby plan. Is parked domains or actually domain with their own space (on a shared server)?
- Does your fantastico deluxe have Soho template installed? It should be as it standard but found that it is not always the case.
-Can the htpasswd file be edited on your servers?
-Finally, I am witha 30day noney back guarantee host Can I ask them to give me my money back (yearly sub) and how do i go about that. Do i need to say i am dissatisfied? pls advise best course of action.

Matters about the other host. If you tell them you found a better host they probablly won't give your money back. As for 1) It's add-on and parked domains. Not actual accounts in cPanel. 2) Yes ofcourse. And 3) Yes, they're editable using cPanel.

If they offer a 30-day trial period you should be able to cancel for whatever reason, and don't have to specify why. Check their TOS.
