4 Month Review of Hostgator

Well after 4 months here at HG on a reseller plan I would recommend them to anyone looking for a host and here's why:

• Cost

• Support

• Features/Plans

I have always recieved prompt and courteous replies to my support questions and concerns, I can't say this about my last host.......

The cost of Hostgators plans are in par with others offering similar plans.

It seems that HG has a plan for almost everyone and offers a good pathway for expansion as your hosting needs grow.

There has been a few bumps in the road here at HG but nothing that couldn't be worked out. I had an issue with my payment not being recieved once, but it was my banks fault not HG's and we worked things out. There was also an issue with the server having some trouble after a C-Panel upgrade, but things were promptly straightened out ASAP. When I contacted support I recieved a prompt courteous response addressing my concerns, and the issue was ironed out.
Overall after 4 months I can say that HOSTGATOR has been a "solid reliable host that cares about it's customers and offers good support."

I hope I can give another good review in the future.
