3 years and still going

I drifted around for years looking for a decent hosting company, some advertised fantastic service and support and only after parting with money the service kept dropping and support did not exist to any great effort.

Pricing was the same as hostgator and by accident came across hostgatar on a web site that I cant even remember now. I expected if i got a good year, I was lucky.

Now since drifting into Hostgater 3 years ago I have used most facilities including the ticket, live chat and email to ask questions and for the rare time i needed support.

What does impress me is the guys at hostgatar really want to help and if they cannot provide a instant solution will make efforts to put you in the right direction unlike many hosting companies.

Billing can not be any easyer, and for what you get is very competative, plus a nice range of packages to suit all demands. (ive been baby gatar for 3 years) Of course you get the same level of service from support as if you where renting 20 dedicated servers, impressive eh.

Yes you get some that will hog and make massive demands of CPU with all sorts of programs running, but give Gatar credit they do stomp on them to make sure we all have our sites running fast.

Ok, three years on Im very happy and dont consider moving for the next 10 years.
