3 Months & Quite Pleased
After initially having a very negative experience (trying to use chat support) I have finally had enough experience to decide whether or not HG was.
E-mail support has been 90% excellent. VERY quick! Issues have been fixed immediately - including turning on my ability to edit dns zones, enabling a function for one of my customers, etc.
HG has proven itself overall. No one is perfect folks, lets remember that before we are too quick to judge. One negative experience does not show the whole picture.
I've decided not to move my dedicated servers here, but that is purely a financial decision and NOT because of lack of support. In fact I will also be keeping, and probably upgrading, my reseller account here to use for another venture I am engaged in.
